By using the latest science and training methods, I coach to create the necessary stress in a controlled way. All the while, using benchmarks to keep both of us accountable and honest.

Not all technology is overkill, using state of the art training software, helps both coach and athlete follow, feedback and monitor progress within the macro, meso and microcycles. Training peaks syncs with most smart training devices and allows you to load sessions onto them. It also syncs with MyFitnessPal, Whoop and various health trackers.

Individual coaching to get you to your goal. This includes personalised sessions designed for you, strength and conditioning, run form and in-person testing.

communication

I don't believe in limited communication. I have an open-door policy, I think this is one of the main ingredients to reaching your goals. Feedback on TP, whattsapp, monthly  zoom meetings and calls are all needed to go beyond the session.

It's not just training plans, I advise on nutrition, training tips and can introduce you to one of the most powerful tools in endurance. The community. with access to the member's forum and group sessions in Dubai.

race preperation

It's all good and well to do the training, but you need to execute the perfect race. 

I create personalised race plans based on realistic goals that we've already tested in training.
